Job summary

Natural Selection Group is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler / Business Cutover Lead to support a major SAP S/4HANA transformation across Australia. This senior role sits on the business side of the program, orchestrating readiness activities and leading end-to-end cutover for a large go-live.

You will collaborate with the Business PMO, Change team and senior stakeholders to manage dependencies, risks and milestones, coordinating across operations, supply chain and manufacturing domains in

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Master Scheduler, Cutover Lead, Business Readiness Lead or similar on large-scale ERP transformation programs.
• Demonstrated SAP S/4HANA implementation or major SAP transformation delivery experience.
• Strong expertise in business cutover planning, integrated scheduling and readiness management.
• Experience working across complex stakeholder environments involving multiple delivery partners.
• Strong FMCG/consumer goods delivery background is highly preferred.
• Dairy industry experience is highly regarded.
• Background across supply chain, manufacturing, procurement or operations functions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise business transformation and change delivery principles.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, planning and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and engage senior business and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance and governance of the integrated master schedule across business and project workstreams.
• Drive end-to-end business cutover planning, coordination and execution activities.
• Manage business readiness activities to support a successful SAP S/4HANA deployment.
• Identify, track and mitigate critical business dependencies, risks and milestones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, supply chain, customer, supplier and vendor groups.
• Coordinate closely with Business PMO, Change Management and delivery teams to maintain alignment.
• Facilitate governance forums, readiness reviews and cutover checkpoints.
• Deliver executive-level status reporting on readiness progress, key risks and mitigation strategies.
• Support transition planning and operational stabilisation activities through go-live.
• Oversee cross-functional coordination to ensure business continuity throughout deployment.

This is a highly visible role sitting on the business side of the program, focused on orchestrating business readiness activities and leading the end-to-end cutover approach for a significant enterprise-wide go-live.

Working closely with the Business PMO, Change team, System Integrator and senior business stakeholders, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational readiness, managing complex business dependencies and driving successful transition outcomes. This role will suit a proven delivery professional who thrives in large-scale ERP programs and can confidently coordinate across multiple business functions.

FMCG industry experience is strongly preferred and will be a key consideration for this opportunity. Candidates who have delivered SAP transformations within complex manufacturing, supply chain or consumer goods environments will be highly regarded.

Based in Australia with hybrid flexibility, this engagement will run through a critical go‑live period commencing in January.
