Job summary

Lam Research is seeking an Intermediate Planner to ensure timely and efficient production by coordinating with multiple departments, monitoring schedules, and managing inventory. You’ll work on establishing production plans and capacity, balancing labor loading, and ensuring material availability.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2–5 years in production planning, strong analytical abilities, and proficient use of SAP and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in production planning or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with departments to monitor production schedules and inventory levels.
• Plan and schedule production to ensure materials are provided per plans.
• Respond to design changes, shortages, and backlogs to minimize disruptions.
• Mentor and guide junior planners to improve planning processes.
