RAH is hiring a Casual/Temporary Massage Therapist role in Pyrmont, NSW. This role is available for casual employment. Apply now to be part of our team.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site / home-based massage therapy services. Conduct client assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver high-quality therapeutic massage tailored to individual client needs. Use techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release to address musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. Maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans and progress notes. Provide rehabilitation advice including stretching exercises and relaxation techniques. Stay updated with the latest techniques through continuing professional development.

Qualifications
  • Minimum qualification of Certificate IV in Massage Therapy; membership with the Australian Association of Massage Therapists (AAMT) is preferred
  • Valid National Police Check
  • Updated First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Must have a mobile smartphone and be able to navigate various applications
Preferred Skills
  • Experience and expertise in aged care massage is preferred
  • Experience in conducting physical assessments, developing care plans, and implementing evidence-based clinical intervention
