The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne is seeking a Spa Therapist with a focus on massage and body treatments. You will welcome guests, explain hotel facilities, and deliver high-end service in a luxury spa environment.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years of luxury spa massage experience and a Certificate IV or Diploma in Massage Therapy. Working rights in Australia are required, with opportunities for professional development within the Marriott group.

Position Summary:

Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and welcome all guests whilst explaining the hotel facilities available

Provide a quality of service, going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations

Provide therapeutic massage and body treatments — including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy massage. Body treatments including body scrubs and mud wraps.

Provide personalised skin care services to guests

Ensure guest queries and requests are handled effectively and efficiently

Assess guest needs and subsequently advise them on recommended skin, hair and nail home care regimens

Complete standard reception duties focusing on attention to detail

About You:

Working rights in Australia

Experience in reflexology, lymphatic drainage or remedial is preferred

2+ years of massage experience in a luxury spa environment is preferred

Certificate IV in Massage Therapy (HLT42021) or Diploma of Remedial Massage (HLT52021)
