Job summary

Programmed Skilled Workforce is seeking motivated Labourers to join a masonry factory in Yatala, QLD. The role involves loading on/off conveyor belts, pallet stacking, and handling masonry goods in a busy production environment. Shifts run 5am-1pm or 12pm-8pm with 8–10 hour days and frequent overtime.

A safety‑conscious, reliable, hard-working mindset is essential. Candidates should be comfortable with repetitive manual handling and, if licensed, forklift operation to assist with

• Previous experience in a physical role is desirable.
• Comfortable with repetitive manual handling.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Loading on and off conveyor belts.
• Pallet stacking and consolidation.
• Handling masonry goods (dry mix and finished products).
• Indoor and outdoor duties in factory yard.
• Preparing and maintaining cement moulds for quality output.
• Operating forklifts to load and unload materials (licence preferred).

What you’ll be doing:

Loading on and off conveyorbelts

Pallet stacking, building and consolidating

General abouring with masonry goods (dry mix and finished goods)

Indoor and outdoor duties (factory and sheltered yard)

Preparing and maintaining cement moulds to ensure quality output

Operating forklifts to load and unload materials (if licenced)

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a physical role in any industry

Comfortable with repetitive manual handling

Forklift licence highly regarded but not essential

A strong commitment to workplace safety

Ability to confidently pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening

Reliable, hardworking individuals with a proactive, "can-do" attitude
