Job summary

River Haus Investments Pty Ltd, trading as Little Cove Coffee Co., is seeking a Marketing Specialist for a full-time role on the Sunshine Coast. Based in Noosa, you will drive digital campaigns, social media, content creation and events to increase traffic and bookings across two venues.

You will work closely with owners and venue teams, developing ideas and executing campaigns across digital, email, and local channels to grow the customer base and revenue.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in a Marketing Specialist role or similar
• Strong understanding of social media, digital advertising, email marketing and content creation
• Able to create engaging content yourself rather than relying on external agencies
• Commercial focus to generate bookings, customers and revenue
• Confident using platforms such as Meta and Klaviyo

POSITION DESCRIPTION

As Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership of the day-to-day marketing, working closely with the owners and venue teams to, increase customer traffic, increase bookings grow our database, drive sales and establish each venue as one of Noosa’s go-to local dining and event destinations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can develop ideas, create campaigns and then execute them across digital, social and local marketing channels.

Developing and executing marketing campaigns designed to drive website traffic

Developing and executing marketing campaigns designed to drive restaurant bookings, functions and events

Managing social media, content planning and day-to-day digital presence

Creating and coordinating content including photography, video, reels, email and promotional material

Managing email marketing, customer database growth and segmentation through Klaviyo

Working with our booking platforms and customer data to improve repeat visitation and customer engagement

Planning and promoting weekly activations, special events, and seasonal campaigns

Managing paid digital campaigns across Meta and other relevant channels

Developing local partnerships, collaborations and community marketing opportunities

Monitoring campaign performance, bookings, customer acquisition and return on marketing spend

Maintaining consistent brand presentation across digital, print and in-venue marketing

Working directly with the owners and venue leadership team to identify opportunities and turn ideas into campaigns quickly

ABOUT YOU

2–5+ years’ experience in a Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing or similar hands-on marketing role

Strong understanding of social media, digital advertising, email marketing and content creation

Confident using platforms such as Meta, Klaviyo and customer/booking databases

Able to create engaging content yourself rather than relying entirely on external agencies

Commercially minded and understands that successful hospitality marketing ultimately needs to generate bookings, customers and revenue

Strong written communication and attention to detail

Creative, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of projects from idea through to execution

Experience within hospitality, tourism, lifestyle or events would be highly regarded

Comfortable working both independently and alongside a fast-moving hospitality team

Available to attend selected services, events and activations when required to capture content and understand the customer experience

This is a broad, hands-on role spanning digital marketing, social media, content creation, email and CRM, e-commerce, events, local activations and brand partnerships.

You’ll work directly with the operational teams to turn ideas into campaigns, campaigns into customers, and ultimately help drive measurable growth across both brands.

This is a full-time role with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
