Job summary

Aston Advantage is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support our Australian recruitment business. This role is ideal for a creative, motivated individual eager to learn and grow in a global environment from home.

You'll collaborate with the Marketing Manager and leadership team to grow the Aston brand, attract candidates and clients, and produce engaging content across multiple digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Creating engaging social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Designing graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Editing short-form videos for recruitment campaigns, employer branding, and social media.
• Assisting with candidate attraction and client marketing campaigns.
• Updating website content and job advertisements.
• Maintaining and improving data quality within our ATS and marketing databases.
• Supporting employer branding initiatives and internal recruitment campaigns.
• Monitoring marketing performance and engagement metrics.
• Working alongside the Marketing Manager to execute creative marketing strategies.
