Job summary

South Australian Business Chamber is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing and events team in Unley, SA. The role covers end-to-end campaign delivery, content production for web and social media, EDMs/newsletters, and graphic design of promotional assets.

You will drive the campaign calendar, coordinate activities with internal stakeholders, and contribute to strategic plans for new products and services. A fast-paced environment rewards initiative and creativity.

About the role

We’re looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative marketing and events team.

This is a true generalist role with broad responsibilities including the delivery of diverse marketing campaigns, producing web and social media content, designing EDMs and newsletters, graphic design of promotional assets, and management of internal marketing tactic plans and promotional documentation

This role also drives the execution of our marketing campaign calendar and works with internal stakeholders to coordinate key marketing activities and craft strategic plans for new products and services.

You take initiative, stay motivated, and enjoy finding smarter, more creative ways to deliver great results. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a continuous-improvement mindset to every campaign, task, and project.

Other essential criteria for this role includes

• Excellent verbal communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in content creation and marketing campaign development across various digital mediums
• Demonstrated skills in digital marketing delivery and data analytics reporting platforms including Email Marketing Platforms, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Business Suite, and Google Looker / Analytics.
• Understanding of user experience principles for web design
• Proven skills and capability using Adobe Suite (InDesign) and/or Canva
• Experience in storytelling, brand communications or a similar discipline
• Exceptional attention to detail
