We're growing and looking for a part-time Marketing & Social Media Coordinator who wants to take ownership of their work, develop their marketing skills and be part of a supportive, professional team.

This is a great opportunity for a student studying marketing, communications, digital media or a similar field who is looking to gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside the Director of a growing construction business.

The Role

The Marketing & Social Media Coordinator will support the Director in growing our online presence, generating new business opportunities and assisting with the delivery of our Design & Construct services.

This is a varied role combining creative marketing, digital content, business development and client communication.

You will:

• Visit our construction projects to take photos and videos for marketing content.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Grow our social media following, engagement and overall online presence.
• Maintain and update our company website with new projects, photos and content.
• Assist in creating, managing and monitoring Meta advertising campaigns to promote our Design & Construct services.
• Research council planning applications and online databases to identify potential project opportunities.
• Assist the Director in coordinating our Design & Construct process, including client communication, designer coordination and project documentation.
• Prepare and distribute regular client updates, including project progress reports and photos.
• Help develop marketing ideas, promotional material and strategies to generate new enquiries.
• Provide general marketing and business development support as required.

Bonus skills (preferred but not essential)

• Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in marketing, communications, business or digital media.
• Experience using Instagram, Facebook, Canva or video editing software.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, website editing platforms or AI tools.
• An interest in architecture, residential construction or property development.
• A current Victorian driver's licence.

Previous construction industry experience is not required. We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, initiative and willingness to learn.
