seek.com.au is seeking a Marketing & Social Media Assistant in Smithfield, NSW, to help bring the brand to life through content, social posts, product photography and event support. You’ll work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager on campaigns, trade shows, landing pages and blog content, gaining hands-on experience across the business.

No prior experience required—creativity and initiative matter. This role offers variety, flexible hours, and a friendly team where you can learn new skills

Responsabilités

• Create content for social platforms: engaging posts, short videos, product photography and BTS content.
• Contribute to the annual marketing plan, campaigns, promotions and new product launches.
• Plan and manage trade shows: bookings, stand presentation, marketing materials and event logistics.
• Represent the brand at trade shows and events, connect with customers and support the sales team.
• Keep digital presence fresh: update landing pages, blog posts and website content.
• Assist with administration and samples as part of the wider team.

Marketing & Social Media Assistant 5 days per week | Smithfield, NSW

We’re a family-owned food business with a national presence and a passion for great pizza. We’re looking for a creative, enthusiastic Marketing & Social Media Assistant to help make our brand look as good as our products taste.

This is more than a behind-the-screen role. From creating content and launching products to organising trade shows and attending events, you’ll get hands‑on experience across the business, with plenty of opportunities to learn new things, build your skills and make your mark.

No professional experience required—just creativity, initiative and a willingness to get involved.

What you’ll get stuck into

Working closely with our Sales & Marketing Manager, you’ll:

• Create content worth stopping for. Help manage our social platforms with engaging posts, short videos, product photography and behind-the-scenes content.
• Bring fresh ideas to life. Contribute to our annual marketing plan, campaigns, promotions and new product launches.
• Plan and manage trade shows. Coordinate bookings, stand presentation, marketing materials, product samples and event logistics to make sure our brand stands out.
• Get out there and represent the brand. Attend trade shows and events, connect with customers and support our sales team in showcasing our products.
• Keep our digital presence fresh. Help create and update landing pages, blog posts and website content.
• Be part of the wider team. Collaborate with our national sales and head office teams, helping with administration when needed, samples etc.

What you’ll bring

You don’t need a lengthy resume. We’re looking for someone with:

• A creative eye and a love of food. You’re interested in social media, content creation and what makes a brand stand out.
• An eagerness to learn. You’re curious, open to feedback and keen to try new things—from learning a new platform to helping run a trade show.
• Organisation and follow-through. You can juggle different tasks, keep track of the details and see things through.
• A friendly, confident approach. You enjoy working with people, sharing ideas and getting involved.

Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, Canva, Photoshop and Microsoft Office is a bonus, as are studies in marketing, media or communications— but enthusiasm and the right attitude matter most.
