Job summary

Mutinex is a hybrid, growth-focused startup delivering GrowthOS to marketers. You’ll be a Marketing Science Partner helping customers extract value from analytics, drive investment decisions, and forecast outcomes.

You’ll engage with diverse clients and internal teams to optimize adoption and impact. Ideal candidates bring marketing effectiveness and analytics experience, enjoy working cross-functionally, and are excited by how technology can accelerate sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers to the GrowthOS platform and drive adoption.
• Engage with customers One-to-one through training and automation.
• Develop sector analyses and thought leadership using GrowthOS data.
• Collaborate with Model Scale to solve complex customer problems.
• Lead platform learning and support, improving processes with automation.
• Provide feedback to product, data & tech teams for innovations.
• Own KPIs and OKRs in partnership with Growth Specialists.

About you

You’re ambitious and driven, but team oriented. You’ve worked in marketing effectiveness, analytics or measurement for a good stint of your career, and you’ll have experience with MMM either in tech, consulting, publishing, agency or even

customer-side. You’re interested in how technology can help businesses grow sustainably, and equally how technology can improve the way we work.

What you’ll do

As a Marketing Science Partner at Mutinex you’re ensuring that our customers get the most value from our GrowthOS marketing investment analytics platform. As an expert in marketing effectiveness and marketing analytics you’ll help diverse customer and agency stakeholder communities best use the GrowthOS platform, and most importantly, help them make fast informed marketing investment decisions and predictions. Here’s a little more about what you’ll do:

• Help customers understand our GrowthOS platform from onboarding and beyond
• Evolve the platform adoption process through one-to-one engagement via training, materials and automation
• Develop and deliver sector and market analysis and thought leadership using the power of GrowthOS data and insight
• Work with the Model Scale team to solve more complex customer problems
• Conduct and lead platform learning and support, whilst improving these processes through automation
• Support product development and innovation
• Take accountability for customer satisfaction and lifetime value, in partnership with Growth Specialists
• Create feedback loops and formulate requirements for our internal product, data & tech teams with the opportunity to develop industry first products
• Have autonomy to deliver on KPIs and OKRs
• Participate in career and professional development opportunities and training
