Job summary

BioGiene is seeking a Marketing & Sales Support Coordinator to join our Bowen Hills, QLD team on a full-time basis. The role focuses on coordinating marketing campaigns, supporting the sales team, and driving business development across key markets.

You will develop skills while contributing to campaign execution, CRM updates, and collaboration with internal and external partners to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience as a marketing coordinator or in a marketing/sales support role.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital channels.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team to help drive revenue.
• Prepare marketing materials and collateral aligned with brand guidelines.
• Assist with market research and competitive analysis.
• Manage marketing calendars and ensure timely campaign delivery.
• Support events and promotional activities for sales and charity initiatives.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
