We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our team based in North Ryde. In this role, you will support the effective execution of marketing across Australia and New Zealand, helping translate Philips’ business and marketing priorities into coordinated, high-quality activity in market.

Your role:

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, programs and initiatives across Australia and New Zealand, translating agreed priorities into coordinated activity.
• Work closely with ANZ marketing, business and regional stakeholders to ensure required tools, content and resources are aligned, available and delivered on time.
• Coordinate marketing activity from planning through to execution, maintaining visibility of actions, timelines, dependencies and deliverables.
• Support day-to-day marketing operations, processes and ways of working to enable consistent and effective execution across ANZ.
• Maintain marketing dashboards, KPI tracking and reporting to provide visibility of marketing activity, performance and impact.
• Use data, feedback and reporting insights to identify opportunities to improve marketing execution and effectiveness.
• Support adherence to Philips marketing policies, procedures and governance requirements.
• Build effective working relationships across marketing, business, regional teams and external partners to support alignment and delivery.
• Proactively communicate progress, risks, dependencies and issues that may affect delivery.
• Be available to travel and attend education workshops as required.

You're the right fit if:

• You will bring a minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing experience, with demonstrated experience in marketing execution, campaign coordination, marketing operations or related discipline within healthcare education, medical technology/device or related regulated environment.
• Have proven experience in marketing execution, campaign coordination, marketing operations or a related discipline.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, marketing communications or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong coordination and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities, priorities, timelines and stakeholders.
• You are confident in stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience working across marketing, business and regional teams.
• Good analytical capability, including experience working with marketing data, KPIs, dashboards and performance reporting.
• Bring sound business acumen, attention to detail and problem-solving skills with the ability to work within established governance, policies and compliance requirements while supporting efficient execution.
