Job summary

Wow Recruitment in Sydney is seeking a Marketing Manager for an immediate-start 2-4 month contract with potential to extend or go permanent. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH) and an on-site parking option, reporting to the Head of Marketing.

You will own and execute integrated marketing campaigns, lead content creation and brand storytelling, coordinate CRM and email marketing, manage external agencies, and support events and partnerships to drive brand

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer lifestyle brands.
• Proven track record delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong content creation, storytelling and digital marketing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
• Lead content creation and brand storytelling initiatives.
• Coordinate CRM and email marketing programs and performance.
• Oversee digital campaign execution and analytics reporting.
• Manage external agencies, vendors and stakeholders effectively.
• Support events, activations and partnerships to boost reach.
• Provide campaign performance insights and ROI analysis.
