Gough Recruitment in Perth is seeking a Marketing Manager to own the day-to-day marketing for two established WA and VIC brands. You will lead content, digital and branding initiatives across both markets, shaping the brands and driving consistency.
Ideally you will craft calendars, create engaging content for social channels, and manage website updates using WordPress. You’ll work with external consultants when needed, while driving internal execution and momentum.
Love marketing strategy but still actually want to do the marketing?
This is a newly created opportunity for a genuine marketing all-rounder to take ownership of the day-to-day marketing function across two established property businesses in WA and Victoria.
You’ll have the autonomy to bring ideas to the table, shape the brands and improve how they show up online, without being stuck waiting for five layers of approval to get something live.
This one needs someone who can think strategically, create great content and then roll up their sleeves and make it happen.
You’ll take responsibility for marketing across both the WA and Victorian businesses, creating greater consistency, personality and momentum across their brands.
Your remit will include:
This is not a role where everything gets outsourced and you simply manage the suppliers.
You’ll be the person driving the marketing function internally and getting things out the door.
We’re looking for someone with a strong generalist marketing background who is confident working autonomously and taking ownership.
You’ll ideally bring:
Property, real estate or strata experience would be advantageous, but it is not essential.
Breadth of marketing experience, initiative and the ability to get things done will matter far more.
You’ll be working across two established property businesses operating in WA and Victoria, with approximately 30 team members across the two offices and a broader workforce of around 60 including offshore support.
The businesses are looking to bring more of their marketing capability in-house, create stronger consistency across their brands and build a more engaging digital presence.
There is already external marketing support available, but this role will become the internal driver behind the brands.
