Performance Marketing & Team Management for a fast-growing private equity firm and its portfolio companies
Stonebridge Capital is a high-performance private equity firm scaling some of the most exciting entertainment and consulting companies in Australia. Our current portfolio includes The Great Escape (a multi-million dollar escape room group with locations nation wide) and VenueScale (a national growth consultancy for entertainment venue owners).
We are looking for a Marketing Manager with top-tier experience to take charge of our group marketing and lead us into the next phase of growth.
The Role
You’ll lead marketing strategy and execution across multiple businesses, working closely with our founders and internal teams. This includes building national campaigns, leading performance marketing and creative teams, shaping brand direction, and supporting the marketing efforts of VenueScale clients.
You’ll be stepping into a key leadership role with massive influence and a chance to build something extraordinary from the inside.
What You’ll Do
Own the group marketing strategy and performance across all companies
Work directly with the Directors on business growth and expansion
Oversee Meta and Google campaigns, CRO, funnel development and content output
Lead a high-performing in-house and contractor marketing team
Optimise websites and marketing/sales systems to maximise conversion and scale
Guide VenueScale clients on campaign structure and growth tactics
Report directly to the Directors with full transparency on performance and impact
What We’re Looking For
6+ years of real-world marketing experience in high-performance, established companies
A proven track record of scaling across both brand and performance marketing
Deep understanding of digital platforms including Meta, Google, SEO, Social Media and CRO
A strategic thinker who is also execution-focused and numbers-driven
Leadership & management experience in fast-moving environments
Previous work with entertainment, hospitality, or venue-based brands preferred
