Job summary

SIMPEL is seeking a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to work across the full marketing mix in Sydney. You’ll partner with the content specialist to deliver campaigns, update content, manage social posts, and support events and day-to-day marketing activities.

You’ll thrive in a busy environment, bringing strong organisational skills and a proactive approach. Experience in marketing roles, familiarity with Canva/Webflow/Figma/HubSpot, and B2B campaigns are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in marketing coordinator/assistant roles.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written communication, editing, and proofreading.
• Experience supporting campaigns, events, digital marketing, and product launches.
• Ability to work collaboratively while owning tasks.
• Familiarity with Canva, Webflow, Figma, and HubSpot is a plus.
• Experience in construction, construction tech, or SaaS is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of campaigns, product launches, and communications.
• Prepare presentations, brochures, and sales collateral using templates and brand guidelines.
• Contribute to content and social media, drafting and scheduling posts, emails, website updates, and campaign materials.
• Help gather customer, market, and competitor insights to support campaign development, messaging, and marketing activity.
• Complete website updates and help keep digital channels current.
• Help coordinate events, including logistics, materials, and promotion.
• Proofread marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Previous experience in a marketing coordinator, marketing assistant, or similarly varied marketing role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Confident written communication, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience supporting campaigns, events, digital marketing, and product launches.
• Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of assigned tasks.
• Familiarity with B2B social media, email marketing, website content, and digital campaigns.
• Experience using Canva, Webflow, Figma, and Hubspot will be beneficial.
• Experience in construction, construction technology, or SaaS will be highly regarded.
