Job summary

Business Show Media, based in Sydney, is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive marketing campaigns for Australian events. The role focuses on digital and traditional channels, audience engagement, and promoting a growing international event portfolio.

You'll contribute to social media, email campaigns, content updates and event promotion, working with Sales, Operations and the wider Marketing team to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing or a related role.
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
• Experience using social media platforms professionally.
• An understanding of email marketing and digital campaigns.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Good organisation and project management skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Proactive, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
• An interest in events, business and commercial marketing.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Creating and scheduling engaging social media content.
• Managing email marketing campaigns and communications.
• Supporting website updates and content creation.
• Assisting with the promotion of upcoming exhibitions.
• Creating marketing materials, graphics and promotional assets.
• Supporting audience growth and visitor registration campaigns.
• Analysing campaign performance and reporting on results.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: $60,000 AUD Basic + Super + Commission

The Opportunity

As a Marketing Executive, you'll support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across our Australian events.

You'll work across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, digital campaigns, website content and event promotion.

Working closely with Sales, Operations and the wider Marketing team, you'll help deliver campaigns that increase awareness, generate registrations and drive attendance.
