Rydges World Square in Sydney's CBD is seeking a Marketing Executive to lead day‑to‑day activity across accommodation, F&B, and events, aligning campaigns with revenue goals while upholding EVT and Rydges brand guidelines.

You will create engaging content, manage social channels, build local partnerships, and prepare monthly marketing reports, collaborating with Sales and Operations in a fast‑paced hotel environment.

Competenze

• Experience in marketing, social media or content roles, ideally within hospitality or travel.
• Strong content creation and storytelling capabilities across photography, video and copywriting.
• Comfort with analytics, reporting and deriving action from data.
• Ability to build relationships with local partners, venues and tourism partners.

Mansioni

• Manage the hotel's social media channels and content calendar.
• Create engaging content including photography, videography, reels, stories and copy.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, event organisers and partners.
• Collaborate with Sales/Revenue to promote packages and offers with collateral.
• Ensure marketing activity aligns with brand guidelines and monitors online reputation.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports and track market trends.
