Job summary

Metagenics (Australia) is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the Brisbane-based Marketing team. You will support event planning, education activities, and communications for health care practitioners and other stakeholders.

The role focusses on coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and delivering on-brand experiences across multiple channels. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will lead end-to-end event execution, handle supplier communications, and maintain records to enable

Qualifications

• Project management or event coordination experience for large scale events.
• Experience managing logistics and freight.
• Ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Proficient with IT platforms and a range of software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for marketing and education events, including webinars, in-person events, conferences, industry activities and internal events.
• Support end-to-end event execution, including venue coordination, speaker logistics, registrations and attendee communications.
• Ensure events are delivered on time and within brand/education standards.
• Maintain event timelines, trackers and documentation to support delivery.
