We're building a high-performing team in our modern Moorabbin Head Office that thrives on proactivity and collaboration and due to rapid growth are currently seeking a Marketing & Digital Assistant to join us! This broad and dynamic role is ideal for a high-performing marketing graduate with 2+ years of business experience and who is eager to learn and grow starting with a solid foundation across the full spectrum of marketing and digital activities.

Role Overview

Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Digital, eCommerce Manager and Art Director, you'll contribute to the profitable growth of our locally designed label and our omni-channel customer experience, supporting the efficient running of our fast-moving marketing & digital functions with your intellect and positive, can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities

eCommerce Support

  • Assist with managing and updating product listings
  • Maintain accurate product information and support new launches
  • Assist in online merchandising and cross-functional alignment with planning and marketing

Social Media

  • Support the creation, filming, and scheduling of social content
  • Assist with behind-the-scenes content and Reels
  • Engage with community comments and DMs
  • Monitor trends and platform performance

Influencer & Gifting Program

  • Research and vet creators aligned with our brand
  • Assist with outreach, briefing, gifting and loan coordination
  • Track content deliverables and ensure timely campaign execution

Campaign & Competitions Support

  • Coordinate prize draws, permits, notifications, and fulfilment

Email & SMS Marketing

  • Assist with uploading and linking content
  • Proof and schedule email and SMS campaigns
  • Check lists, segment audiences, and track performance metrics

Creative & Photoshoot Support

  • Prepare and steam samples, organise shoot logistics
  • Clean and set up the studio, maintain shoot run sheets
  • Provide on-the-day support including refreshments and pack-down

General Office Duties

  • Assist with administrative tasks to support the marketing team
  • Manage team birthdays program and support day-to-day operational needs
Background & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field - high marks valued

Minimum 2+ years of professional business experience (marketing, retail, fashion, eCommerce, or related fields preferred)

Australian work rights (permanent residency or valid work visa required)
