Aufgaben

• Be hands-on in launching new brands and scaling existing ones through data-driven decisions and creative execution.
• Drive multi-brand marketing initiatives across digital, traditional, and grassroots channels.
• Execute advertising campaigns across billboards, radio, and digital media.
• Understand objections and develop strategic solutions to educate and convert audiences.
• Stay on top of industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging platforms.
• Develop compelling content across brands and manage content calendars.
• Work with internal/external partners on campaign messaging, visuals, and storytelling.
• Manage organic social media across brands and engage communities.
• Support paid search and social campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Implement SEO best practices and optimize website content.
• Collaborate with CMO and cross-functional teams to execute strategies.
• Present campaign performance reports and recommendations to leadership.
• Build brand awareness by engaging homeowners impacted by insurance claims.
