Lite n' Easy is seeking an entry-level Marketing Coordinator to support our CRM function and keep customer communications running accurately and on time from Brisbane. You’ll work hands-on with email, SMS and app campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and collaborate with the marketing team to learn the ropes quickly.

Responsabilités

• Build and deploy email, SMS and app push campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, working with the CRM team to execute sends accurately and on time.
• Deploy customer surveys and help manage the feedback loop for CRM and lifecycle communications.
• Support CRM campaign reporting - pulling data, maintaining trackers, and tracking performance.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to keep CRM campaigns on track and inform stakeholders of timelines and audiences.
• Pitch in on broader marketing team needs as required.

Lite n' Easy is one of Australia's most recognised meal delivery brands and behind every campaign is a high-output digital marketing team that moves fast and gets things done. We're on the lookout for a Marketing Coordinator to support our CRM function and keep customer communications running accurately and on time.

This is an entry-level role with genuine depth. You'll be working hands-on in CRM execution, email, SMS and app campaigns, working closely with the marketing team, with exposure to the broader marketing operation at a brand with serious scale. What you'll do

• Build and deploy email, SMS and app push campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, working closely with our CRM team to execute sends accurately and on time across a high volume of activity,this is the core of the role.
• Deploy customer surveys and help manage the feedback loop that keeps our CRM and lifecycle comms grounded in what our audience actually thinks.
• Support CRM campaign reporting -pulling data, maintaining trackersand helping the team stay across what's performing.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to keep CRM campaigns on track - communicating the details, audiences and deployment timelines that internal stakeholders need to plan around.
• Pitch in on broader marketing team needs from time to time, as most roles on this team do.

Who you are

• You've got around 12 months' hands-on experience in a marketing role and you're ready to build on that foundation.
• You're organised and precise- the kind of person who catches the detail others miss and takes pride in getting things right.
• You work well at pace-this team moves quickly and manages a lot of simultaneous activityand you'll need to stay on top of multiple workstreams without dropping the ball.
• You're curious about how digital marketing works-not just the task in front of youbut the bigger picture it connects to. There's a lot to learn hereand you'll get out of it what you put in.
• You're switched on, proactive and genuinely keen to build a career in digital marketing.
