Job summary

BOWERBIRD Interiors is seeking a hands-on marketer to join our small Caringbah team. With 2–4 years of experience, you will own content calendars, publish across socials, emails and the website, and help move campaigns from plan to live.

You’ll coordinate shoots, events and brand activations, manage assets and reporting, and collaborate with our Head of Marketing to create a visible impact as the business grows. This is a full-time, on-site role that values ownership and proactive collaboration.

BOWERBIRD is a founder-led interiors business spanning Property Styling, Residential & Commercial Interior Design and FF&E. We work across homes, developments and commercial spaces, combining beautiful design with the ability to deliver at scale.

Main Responsibilities:

No two days will look exactly the same. Your main responsibilities will include:

Scheduling and publishing content across social, emails and the website.

Logistics and execution of events, activations and brand hosting.

Management of marketing assets, photoshoots, reporting, and day-to-day coordination.

This role is suited to a hands-on marketer with a couple of years of experience who is ready for real ownership rather than task work. You have run content calendars, sent emails, managed shoots and kept projects and channels moving. You will be the execution function of our marketing team, helping turn plans into work that actually goes live.

We move at pace in a founder-led environment, so this role will suit someone curious, genuinely ambitious and excited by the opportunity to grow quickly. You'll work closely with our Head of Marketing and have the chance to make a visible impact across a growing business.

Requirements:

You bring:

2-4 years of experience in a hands-on marketing role.

This role is full-time and on-site in Caringbah, NSW 2229. We're a small team and value in-person collaboration so we can move quickly and stay close to our work.
