AMA Warehouse in Yatala, Queensland is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This full-time role supports the development and execution of campaigns and communications strategies that boost brand awareness and customer engagement.

You will plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email and print, create content, manage social accounts, assist events, and analyze performance to drive improvements.

• Coordinating with external vendors, designers and agencies for timely delivery.
• Tracking and reporting on campaign performance metrics and KPIs.
• Assisting with website maintenance and marketing collateral updates.
• Supporting in-store teams with administrative tasks and project coordination.

AMA Warehouse is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This is a full-time position based in Yatala, QLD 4207. As Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns and communications strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your marketing expertise whilst contributing to the success of our growing organisation.

What you're day to day looks like:

• Assisting in the planning, development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, email and print


• Creating and editing marketing content including social media posts, newsletters, website copy and promotional materials


• Managing social media accounts, scheduling posts and monitoring engagement and analytics


• Supporting the coordination of marketing events, product launches and promotional activities


• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities


• Maintaining marketing databases and managing customer communications lists


• Coordinating with external vendors, designers and agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials


• Tracking and reporting on marketing campaign performance metrics and KPIs


• Assisting with the maintenance and updating of the company website and marketing collateral


• Supporting the in-store teams with administrative tasks and project coordination

What we're looking for

• Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools


• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems

• A creative mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work


• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment


• Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe would be advantageous


• Experience with email marketing platforms or marketing automation tools is desirable
