Retail First Pty Ltd is seeking a Marketing role for Australia Fair Shopping Centre on the Gold Coast. You will coordinate in-centre events, launches and promotions, and manage digital content across social media, email marketing and the centre website.

You will monitor channels, produce retailer communications, manage directories and work with designers and contractors while supporting the centre's marketing plan and day-to-day administration.

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, PR or Business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Genuine interest in digital marketing, including social media, websites and email campaigns.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing Australia Fair shopping centre to life. From coordinating events and promotions to managing digital content and working closely with retailers, this role offers real variety and exposure across all areas of marketing.

Key responsibilities

Planning and delivering in-centre events and entertainment, including retailer launches and promotional activities

Creating, scheduling and managing content across social media, email marketing and the centre website

Monitoring and managing social media channels, ensuring content connects with our target audience

Producing monthly retailer communications and newsletters

Managing digital directories and assisting with traffic counter reporting

Overseeing graphic design projects and liaising with designers, printers and other contractors

Working closely with retailers to support their marketing initiatives and build strong relationships

About you

Base salary of $65,000 plus superannuation

12 additional Paid Days Off per year (one per month), on top of 4 weeks' annual leave
