Job summary

Seed Heritage is seeking a creative and organised Marketing Coordinator to join our Melbourne team. You’ll support seasonal campaigns, PR, retail marketing and brand communications, working with Buying, Design, eCommerce and Retail to deliver compelling customer experiences.

This full-time, 9–12 month fixed-term contract is based at St Kilda Road. The role requires 2–4 years of marketing experience, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset to help manage assets, briefs and performance

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in marketing, PR or a similar retail marketing role.
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related discipline preferred.
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, content, events or PR initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of seasonal marketing, campaign, PR and communications plans.
• Coordinate campaign briefs, marketing copy, promotional activity and product communications.
• Manage marketing assets and campaign information across internal teams and external partners.
• Work closely with Buying, Design, Creative, eCommerce and Retail teams to support product launches and key trading moments.
• Coordinate communications with retail teams to ensure campaigns and promotions are executed in-store.
• Support PR, media and event activity, including agency coordination, asset management and campaign tracking.
• Assist in the delivery of media events and customer activations.
• Contribute content ideas aligned with brand direction and marketing objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and analysis.
• Maintain marketing archives, documentation and administrative processes.

Job description

We're looking for a creative and organised Marketing Coordinator to join the Seed Heritage Marketing team.

Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you'll help bring seasonal campaigns, PR, retail marketing and brand communications to life, working collaboratively across the business to deliver engaging customer experiences and drive brand awareness.

Please note: this is a Full Time role on a 9-12 month fixed-term contract.

The Role

• Support the delivery of seasonal marketing, campaign, PR and communications plans.
• Coordinate campaign briefs, marketing copy, promotional activity and product communications.
• Manage marketing assets and campaign information across internal teams and external partners.
• Work closely with Buying, Design, Creative, eCommerce and Retail teams to support product launches and key trading moments.
• Coordinate communications with retail teams to ensure campaigns and promotional activity are executed seamlessly in-store.
• Support PR, media and event activity, including agency coordination, asset management and campaign tracking.
• Assist in the delivery of media events and customer activations.
• Contribute content ideas aligned with brand direction and marketing objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and analysis.
• Maintain marketing archives, documentation and administrative processes.
• On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• 2-4 years' experience in marketing, communications, PR or a similar retail marketing role.
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Public Relations or a related discipline (preferred).
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, content, events or PR initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Confidence working with internal stakeholders, agencies and creative partners.
• Proficiency across Microsoft Office, with experience using digital, social, email or project management platforms highly regarded.
• A collaborative, proactive approach and genuine passion for fashion, retail and customer experience.
