Job summary

Seed Heritage is seeking a creative and organised Marketing Coordinator to join the Seed Heritage Marketing team. You will report to the Marketing & Communications Manager and help bring seasonal campaigns, PR, retail marketing and brand communications to life, collaborating across the business to deliver engaging customer experiences and drive brand awareness.

This is a Full Time 9-12 month fixed-term contract with on-site work at our St Kilda Road offices, 5 days a week.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in marketing, communications, PR or a similar retail marketing role.
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Public Relations or related discipline preferred.
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, content, events or PR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of seasonal marketing, campaign, PR and communications plans.
• Coordinate campaign briefs, marketing copy, promotional activity and product communications.
• Manage marketing assets and campaign information across internal teams and external partners.
• Work with Buying, Design, Creative, eCommerce and Retail teams to support product launches and key moments.
• Coordinate communications with retail teams to execute campaigns in-store.
• Support PR, media and event activity including agency coordination and tracking.
• Assist in media events and customer activations.
• Contribute content ideas aligned with brand direction and marketing objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and analysis.
• Maintain marketing archives and administrative processes.
• On-site role 5-days per week at St Kilda Road offices.

THE ROLE:

• Work closely with Buying, Design, Creative, eCommerce and Retail teams to support product launches and key trading moments.
• Coordinate communications with retail teams to ensure campaigns and promotional activity are executed seamlessly in-store.
• Support PR, media and event activity, including agency coordination, asset management and campaign tracking.
• Assist in the delivery of media events and customer activations.
• Contribute content ideas aligned with brand direction and marketing objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and analysis.
• Maintain marketing archives, documentation and administrative processes.
• On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• 2-4 years' experience in marketing, communications, PR or a similar retail marketing role.
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Public Relations or a related discipline (preferred).
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, content, events or PR initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Confidence working with internal stakeholders, agencies and creative partners.
• Proficiency across Microsoft Office, with experience using digital, social, email or project management platforms highly regarded.
• A collaborative, proactive approach and genuine passion for fashion, retail and customer experience.
