Job summary

Speedpanel Systems Pty Ltd, based in Bayswater, Victoria, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing and communications initiatives. The role involves creating visually engaging collateral, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with teams on campaigns and digital assets.

As a permanent full-time position, the candidate will manage projects, work with Adobe Creative Suite tools, and contribute to 2D/3D drawings while advising on timelines and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a marketing design or coordinator role, preferably within the manufacturing or construction industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with skills in programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability and willingness to take responsibility of projects and tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience with 2D & 3D CAD packages: AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp+ V-Ray, while not mandatory, would be highly advantageous

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and design a variety of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, social media content, and other digital assets
• Development, execution and delivery of strategic sales and marketing campaigns
• Assist and drive the production of high-quality 2D and 3D drawings of Speedpanel parts, systems and products
• Assist with the production and distribution of marketing materials, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers as needed

As a Marketing Coordinator at Speedpanel Systems Pty Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's marketing and communications initiatives. This is a full-time position based in Bayswater, Victoria, where you will be responsible for creating visually engaging marketing materials and ensuring the consistency of the company's brand identity.

Key Responsibilities
