Job summary

Dixon Appointments is seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator in Moonee Ponds for a part-time 16‑hour week. You’ll drive marketing initiatives, create engaging content and support member experiences, helping a growing community business thrive.

The role reports to the Community & Operations Manager and involves events, lead nurturing and collaborating with customers and stakeholders to boost growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing, communications, social media or similar role.
• Drives content creation across multiple platforms with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns and content calendars.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories and community updates
• Coordinate content calendars and marketing campaigns
• Support website updates and SEO initiatives
• Assist with digital marketing activities, including Google Ads
• Help generate and nurture leads
• Conduct tours and support customer enquiries
• Assist with member communications and events
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Contribute ideas to increase awareness, engagement and growth
