AGA is The Alternative’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Delivery Partner and are responsible for the assessment, selection and recruitment of graduates into the program. AGA, is a community-based, not-for-profit company with over 40 years’ experience growing the skilled workforce of tomorrow.
AGA specialises in recruitment, mentoring, retention, performance support, training management, and employee wellbeing.
Support creating marketing and website content, social media posts, building brand awareness including online presence
Liaise with brand agency and support data analytics and reporting
Support the communication and design process for proposals, tenders and bids
Undertake tasks as directed in various applications including but not limited to Rhino, Figma, Indesign and Photoshop.
The ideal applicant is someone who can apply functional and technical knowledge and skills to perform the job at a high level of accomplishment
Use initiative to respond to challenges in a pressured and changing environment
Write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication styles
Build rapport to establish constructive, effective and positive working relationships with various stakeholders internal and external including at all organisational levels.
Prepare design and tender proposals using company templates and brand design guidelines.
The Alternative program will help graduates identify and explore their skills across a variety of roles and projects; helping them to identify what type of work they enjoy most or are best suited to.
