Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Marketing Associate to support Sage & Acute Care, gaining exposure to two diverse portfolios and working with seasoned marketers. You will help bring products to market, create engaging campaigns, and support events while building a strong foundation for a long-term marketing career.

Collaborate with Product Managers and marketing leaders, participate in conferences, and contribute to training and communications for the sales team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related commercial role.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing strategies and annual marketing plans across Sage and Acute Care
• Create marketing collateral, sales tools, and product communications
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement activities
• Provide product information and training support to the sales team
• Organise and participate in conferences, workshops, and healthcare professional events
