Job Description

Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers or engineering technicians in set-up and calibration tasks, troubleshooting, and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies including but not limited to complex chemical application, torque, and soldering.

Essential Functions
  • Under general supervision, responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies.
  • Able to identify problems and issues in straightforward situations resulting in resolving in most issues. Intermediate comprehension and interpretation of a variety of technical specifications, including IPC knowledge, terms, and documents. Ability to complete less structured assignments determining and/or following methods and sequence of operations in performing chemical applications on components and modules.
  • Must be flexible in supporting your current program needs by being readily available to flex between processes as necessary. Be able to support other programs whenever there is a business need. Fully participate/engage in team meetings with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
