The Role:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated person to join our Manufacturing Team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to learn our various manufacturing processes and is looking for a stable, long-term position with a well-established company.

While experience is preferred, we are also looking for someone with the right attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

You will receive on-the-job training across our various manufacturing departments, giving you the opportunity to develop additional skills and become a valued, multi-skilled member of our manufacturing team.

This is a permanent full-time position, subject to a six-month probationary period.

What You'll Be Doing:

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Reading and accurately interpreting manufacturing paperwork

• Assembling various window furnishing products to a high standard

• Operating machinery, tools and equipment safely and efficiently

• Packing finished products for dispatch

• Assisting across different manufacturing departments as required

• Assisting with stocktake

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment

• Performing other ad hoc duties as required
