Job summary

Omni Recruit is seeking reliable Production Operators for a South Windsor manufacturing facility on rotating day and afternoon shifts. This role is Monday–Friday with immediate starts and on‑the‑job training.

You will operate machinery, assemble components, monitor lines, perform quality checks and maintain a safe, organised workspace. Prior manufacturing experience, good teamwork and reliable transport are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production or machine operation.
• Confidence with machinery and industrial equipment.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
• Ability to manage physical duties, including prolonged standing and repetitive tasks.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
• Own reliable transport is essential due to limited public transport.
• Full, unrestricted Australian working rights.
