Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment (UAS/aerospace desirable).
• Experience with process development, work instruction creation and production support.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document and implement manufacturing processes and work instructions to improve throughput, yield and repeatability.
• Provide day-to-day support to production and MRO teams; investigate and resolve issues and propose corrective actions.
• Analyze production and quality data to identify trends and root causes; apply statistical methods to support decisions.
