Qualifications

• No formal cooking experience required; training provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients and cook premium proteins according to the GYG recipe guide.
• Master the grill, station presentation, and high-volume food prep.
• Maintain exceptional food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
• Work collaboratively with front-of-house to ensure rapid, high-quality order fulfilment.
