Job summary

Great Southland Bullion in Victoria seeks a Mandarin-speaking Retail Sales Associate to join our stores in Chadstone, Glen Waverley and Box Hill. You will help customers buy and sell gold and silver, providing confident guidance and top-tier service.

No precious metals experience is required as full training is provided. You’ll process transactions, promote products, and build trusted relationships with a diverse customer base within a boutique, secure trading environment.

Qualifications

• Must speak Mandarin.
• Access to reliable personal transport.
• Flexibility to work across three locations: Chadstone, Glen Waverley and Box Hill.
• Professionalism and personal pride in presentation.
