Gold Brokers Group is expanding across Australia and is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to support customers buying and selling jewellery, precious metals and bullion at our Canberra store. This full-time role offers a professional, team-focused environment and opportunities to grow within a fast-moving bullion business.

You will help with in-store and online orders, maintain high service standards and contribute to a trusted, customer-first experience across our national network.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers buying and selling jewellery, scrap precious metals and bullion products while delivering exceptional customer service at one of our upcoming stores.

• Support refinery operations, precious metals processing, inventory handling and day-to-day production activities within our growing refinery division. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, hands-on and able to work within a professional and detail-focused environment.
