Job summary

Anton Murray Consulting is assisting a leading global wealth management firm in Melbourne or Sydney to hire a Client Service Manager focused on equity markets with native Mandarin language skills. The role is a 12-month contract serving HNW/UHNW clients in a high-volume, time-critical setting.

The successful candidate will work with Private Client Advisors, demonstrate knowledge of the financial advice process and markets, and manage client queries, onboarding, records, AML/CTF, KYC, and

Qualifications

• Mandarin language skills required.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Good literacy and numeracy; strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Desirable RG146 qualification; experience in wealth management or stockbroking helpful.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative client queries efficiently.
• On-board clients; prepare account documentation and client records.
• Maintain client accounts and records compliant with AML/CTF and KYC rules.
• Assist with IPOs and corporate actions; support client valuations and reporting.
• Facilitate client asset transfers domestically and internationally.
• Monitor stock settlements and follow up on funds.
