Job description

You will provide enterprise-level leadership: set overall strategy and policy, direct resource allocation (budgets, capital, headcount), exercise cross-functional oversight across Sales/BD/Marketing with coordination into Operations/Finance, represent EXEC in major tenders and enterprise negotiations, and report directly to the CEO/owners while directing senior managers in charge of core functions.

Key Responsibilities

Determine and execute the national growth strategy, long-term plans and policy for the commercial portfolio.

Authorize budgets and resourcing; build and lead the BD structure as revenue scales.

Lead high-value tenders/proposals and negotiate enterprise contracts across guarding, mobile patrols, electronic security and monitoring.

Build C-suite relationships; represent EXEC at industry forums and key commercial negotiations.

Own pipeline/forecasting and weekly/monthly executive reporting to the CEO; drive CRM discipline.

Partner with Marketing on targeted campaigns and CRM-driven demand conversion.

About You (selection criteria)

Senior executive track record setting strategy and policy, with P&L/budget authority and cross-functional leadership.

Direct reporting to CEO/owners/Board and experience directing senior managers.

Proven success winning multi-year, high-value contracts in multi-site or national environments; strong negotiation and stakeholder influence.

Required checks/licenses: Australian Driver Licence; Working With Children Check; Security Adviser Licence where applicable.
