Value NSW (VNSW) is seeking a Manager Valuation Business Processing to lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of business processes that support valuation products and services across Value NSW. You will drive operational excellence and governance, strengthening coordination with teams and stakeholders.

In this role, you will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of business processes that support valuation products and services across Value NSW. Working closely with teams across the organisation, you will drive operational excellence, strengthen coordination and administration practices, and identify opportunities to improve service delivery for customers and stakeholders.
You will oversee business process management, financial administration and reporting activities while supporting strategic and operational decision-making. The role plays a key part in ensuring valuation products and services are delivered efficiently, consistently and in accordance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
The Valuer General is an independent statutory officer, appointed by the Governor of New South Wales to oversee the State's land valuation system.
Value NSW (VNSW), part of the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure delivers the valuation system for rating and taxing as well as compulsory acquisition compensation purposes via delegation of the Valuer General of NSW. This includes but is not limited to:
In addition, VNSW provides other specialised valuation activities, services and determinations for other cluster or statewide government partners – including being responsible for the delivery of all valuations for government property transactions as defined by the Government Property Framework and Treasurer’s Directions as well as more than $84 billion in government asset valuations for financial accounting purposes.
