At EY‑Parthenon, we work at the intersection of strategy, transactions and value creation, advising corporates, private equity investors and governments on their most critical investment decisions. Our Transaction Diligence team goes beyond traditional diligence — partnering with investors and management teams to shape investment theses, assess value creation opportunities and influence deal outcomes across the full transaction lifecycle.
As our Manager – Transaction Diligence (Private Equity), you'll lead financial due diligence across fast-paced buy-side and sell-side transactions for leading PE clients. You will provide critical financial insights to support acquisitions, exits and portfolio value creation across a range of sectors.
This is a hybrid position based in Warrang – Sydney.
