BDO is seeking a Manager to lead Strategy & Transformation engagements in Sydney. You will guide complex projects from scoping through delivery, working with C-suite and senior stakeholders to drive practical, evidence-based solutions.

This role emphasizes leadership of multidisciplinary teams and development of transformation roadmaps. You will shape operating models, business cases, and performance improvement programs while coaching junior staff and contributing to the growth of the practice.

You will combine strong strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to lead teams, navigate ambiguity and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
