Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operational Excellence, or Business Transformation.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required; Master Black Belt is a strong advantage.
• Proven enterprise-wide transformation, digitalization, AI deployment, and leadership in continuous improvement.
• Strong people leadership, executive stakeholder management, and change management capabilities.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, Industry 4.0, Automation, Data Analytics and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Lean Excellence and Operational Transformation to drive productivity, quality, cost, and delivery improvements.
• Champion Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Kaizen, VSM, waste elimination) for sustainable results.
• Drive digitalization, automation, and AI adoption to enhance efficiency and data-driven decisions.
• Develop and implement Industrial Engineering strategies focusing on capacity planning and resource use.
• Lead cross-functional transformation projects and establish governance for value realization.
• Build organizational capability by coaching and developing Lean practitioners through training and certification.

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Lead enterprise-wide Lean Excellence and Operational Transformation initiatives to drive productivity, quality, cost, and delivery improvements across manufacturing and business operations.
• Champion Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, waste elimination, and continuous improvement programs to achieve sustainable business results.
• Drive digitalization, automation, and AI adoption to enhance operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and organizational competitiveness.
• Develop and implement Industrial Engineering strategies focused on capacity planning, workforce optimization, process efficiency, and resource utilization.
• Lead cross-functional transformation projects and establish governance frameworks to ensure successful execution and value realization.
• Build organizational capability by coaching, mentoring, and developing Lean practitioners through training, certification, and continuous learning programs.
• Partner with executive leadership teams to align operational excellence initiatives with strategic business objectives and long‑term growth plans.
• Deliver measurable business impact through cost reduction, productivity improvement, operational efficiency, quality enhancement, and sustainable performance gains.

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• Min 10 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operational Excellence, or Business Transformation.
• Required Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt will be a great advantage
• Proven track record in enterprise-wide transformation, digitalization, AI deployment, and continuous improvement leadership.
• Strong people leadership, executive stakeholder management, and change management capabilities.
• Deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, Industry 4.0, Automation, Data Analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated success in delivering sustainable operational and financial results.
• Candidates with strong relevant competencies, leadership potential, and a solid foundation in Lean Transformation and Operational Excellence may be considered for a Manager-level position despite having fewer years of experience.
