UTS in Sydney is seeking a leader to head the Research Translation and IP team within the Research Office. You will coordinate translation pathways, advise researchers on IP, and drive practical outcomes across commercial and non-commercial domains.
The role requires a postgraduate qualification, strong stakeholder engagement, and experience in research translation or IP advisory. The position is full-time in Sydney with a competitive base salary and 17% superannuation.

The role sits within the Research Translation and Impact unit in the Research Office and supports research translation and impact across the university through coordinated pathways, advisory support and specialist management.
This role leads a team of research translation and intellectual property professionals that support researchers to progress translation across commercial, policy and practice domains. It ensures consistent, practical approaches and alignment of services across the research translation function.

Base Salary Range:$143,080 - $149,894 (HEW9)plus 17% superannuation (pension)
The position is full time and will be made on a continuing basis.
