Job summary

South Eastern Melbourne Primary Health Network (SEMPHN) in Heatherton, VIC, is seeking a Manager, Organisation Performance and Improvement. This full-time, hybrid role involves leading organisation-wide performance planning, reporting and governance to support strategic priorities, with responsibility for dashboards, insights and executive briefings.

The role emphasises data-informed decision making, cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement across health system domains.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in business, health, public policy, business analysis, performance, evaluation, analytics or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading organisational performance, reporting or improvement functions.
• Ability to interpret performance information and translate into insights and actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead organisation-wide performance planning and reporting aligned to strategy and annual business plan.
• Oversee dashboards, reports, briefs and executive/Board insights.
• Develop enterprise performance indicators and governance for performance reporting.
• Explain trends, risks and actions beyond the numbers to drive improvement.
• Facilitate performance reviews and escalate issues as needed.
• Build and maintain a PRISM framework for integrated organisational performance.
