Candor Recruitment is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join a Penrith-based CA firm as Manager, with potential progression to partnership. The role focuses on leading client engagements and driving growth within a supportive leadership team.

You will oversee tax and accounting services, mentor staff, and contribute to strategic planning and business development. This hybrid role offers strong remuneration and career advancement opportunities in a progressive, SME-focused

Qualificações

• CA/CPA preferred; open to others with equivalent credentials.
• Experience managing a team and client engagements.
• Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge.
• Proven interpersonal and strategic planning abilities.
• Experience with Xero, Class Super, MYOB.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client engagements in accounting and tax advisory services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth.
• Conduct interviews with clients and prospective clients, assess needs and make recommendations.
• Prepare / Review Tax Returns, BAS/IASs, Payroll Tax Reports, Management Reports.
• Mentor and develop staff, promoting high-performance standards.
• Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives.
• Provide general accounting and taxation advice to clients with consultation of other partners.
