This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in strengthening operational resilience, supporting large-scale transformation initiatives, and ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements, including APRA CPS 230.## About the RoleAs a trusted second line risk professional, you will provide governance, oversight and independent challenge across business transformation, strategic change initiatives and critical operations. You will partner with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure risks associated with change execution are effectively identified, assessed and managed.You will support the continuous improvement of Rabobank's Risk in Change Framework and Critical Operations Methodology while helping embed strong risk management practices across the business.## Key Responsibilities## Risk Governance* Perform governance and oversight activities across Operational Risk frameworks relating to Change Execution Failure Risk and Critical Operations.* Support the development and enhancement of policies, standards, methodologies, procedures and tools.* Drive ongoing improvements to the Risk in Change Framework and Critical Operations Methodology.* Ensure APRA CPS 230 requirements are incorporated into relevant frameworks and risk practices.* Provide analysis, insights and recommendations to senior management, committees and governance forums.* Deliver specialist advice and independent challenge on operational risk matters.## Risk Management Oversight* Provide second line oversight of material business changes, transformation programs and strategic initiatives.* Monitor and report emerging risks associated with project delivery, transformation and operational implementation.* Support the embedding of Risk in Change practices across the organisation.* Monitor risk mitigation activities and oversee the management of overdue actions.* Conduct independent reviews of risk and control environments supporting change delivery.* Prepare quarterly Transaction, Process and Execution Risk reporting for senior management and committees.## Risk in Change* Support the enhancement of enterprise-wide change frameworks to create a consistent, risk-based approach to managing change.* Develop and uplift supporting procedures, templates and tools.* Deliver training, education and guidance to business stakeholders and leadership teams.## Critical Operations & Operational Resilience* Enhance the Critical Operations Methodology to support sustainable compliance with CPS 230.* Lead and coordinate pilot activities to validate methodology effectiveness.* Improve associated tools, templates and supporting documentation.* Deliver communication and training initiatives to drive adoption and compliance.## What You'll Bring## Essential Experience* 5-8 years' experience in Operational Risk Management, Enterprise Risk, Risk in Change, Program Risk, Project Governance or Operational Resilience.* Experience within banking, financial services or another highly regulated environment.* Demonstrated experience supporting business transformation, strategic change programs or project delivery risk oversight.* Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, governance processes and control frameworks.* Experience supporting Risk in Change frameworks and execution risk practices.## Desirable Experience* Experience supporting Operational Resilience or Critical Operations frameworks.* Knowledge of APRA prudential standards, particularly CPS 230.* Experience operating within transformation or change delivery environments.## Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.* Professional qualifications in risk management, change management, project delivery or operational resilience are highly regarded.## Key Skills* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.* Ability to provide practical, risk-based advice while constructively challenging stakeholders.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive and committee reporting.* Proven stakeholder management skills across all three Lines of Defence.* Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.* High attention to detail, initiative and sound judgement.* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.## Success at RabobankWe're looking for someone who demonstrates our global behavioural capabilities at the **Practitioner** level, including:* Storytelling* Complex Problem Solving* Self-Reflection* Service Orientation* Coaching* Agility* Judgement & Decision-Making* Emotional Intelligence* Negotiating* Collaborating* Creativity* Networking## Our ValuesAt Rabobank:* We are always client-driven and action-oriented.* We are purposeful and courageous.* We are professional and considerate.* We bring out the best in each other and are committed to keep learning.If you're passionate about operational risk, transformation governance and operational resilience, and are looking to make a meaningful impact within a leading global financial institution, we'd love to hear from you.**Apply today and help shape a more resilient future at Rabobank.**
