Central Australian Aboriginal Congress is seeking a Manager for the Link-Up Program in Alice Springs. You will lead the service delivery, manage programs, and collaborate with national teams to support families and Stolen Generation members within Central Australia and Barley region.
The role requires Aboriginal identification, leadership experience, and willingness to travel to remote locations. A tertiary Social Services qualification is preferred and a driver’s license is required.
37.5 hours per week
$146,816 - $153,875 per annum
$178,810 - $186,859
The Manager of the Link-Up Program provides management and leadership to the Congress Link-Up Service and Territories Redress Scheme.
The position is responsible for the delivery and program management of these programs and works collaboratively with our National Link-Up Services when family tracing and research extends to other States and Territories. In addition to this the Manager and the team is required to take on the lead role in Congress supporting Stolen Generation Members within Central Australia and the Barley region.
